PT. Berkat Mandiri Logistik juga memiliki service terhadap pergudangan dan operasionalnya. Operasional gudang yang kami maksudkan di sini adalah kelanjutan dari pergerakan fisik barang setelah barang itu diterima dari pemanufaktur atau pemasok. Barang akan diletakkan pada gudang sesuai dengan sarana yang dimiliki. Sarana bisa berupa rak dan pallet atau pallet saja, bahkan ekstrimnya barang bisa diletakkan begitu saja di lantai, tentunya hal ini sesuai kebutuhan serta tergantung seberapa besarnya modal yang dimiliki perusahaan.

Setelah barang diletakkan pada posisi tertentu, maka akan ada saatnya barang tersebut akan dikeluarkan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan atau berdasarkan adanya permintaan terhadap barang yang disimpan. Proses peletakkan barang dari penerimaan serta proses pengeluaran barang saat ini telah banyak memakai teknologi komputer. Misalkan saja proses pick to light, Scanner, Barcode, RFID, Handheld, Optical character recognition. serta masih banyak proses lainnya.

Operasional gudang menurut saya meliputi beberapa lingkup pekerjaan berikut :

Penanganan/Handling barang baik dan barang rusak
Penghitungan stock (Stock Opname)
Pengepakan barang
Pengawasan operasional pekerja
Perpindahan barang dari satu lokasi ke lokasi lain
dll..

PT. BML also has a service to warehousing and operations . Operational warehouse we mean here is the continuation of the physical movement of goods after the goods were received from the manufacturer or supplier . Items will be placed in accordance with warehouse facilities owned . Means can be a pallet or pallet rack and just , even extreme item can be placed just on the floor , of course this is as needed and depending on how much capital a company has .

Once the goods are placed at a certain position , then there will be time for the item will be issued as required by the company or the demand for goods stored . The process of laying the goods receipt and expenditure processes are currently being put on computer technology . Let's say the pick to light , Scanners , Barcode , RFID , Handheld , Optical character recognition . and many other processes .

I think the warehouse operational scope of work includes some of the following :

Handling / Handling both goods and goods damaged
Calculation of stock ( Inventory Stock)
packing of goods
Operational supervision of workers
Movement of goods from one location to another
etc. ..
