日本人喜歡以わびさび（Wabi Sabi）來形容南部鐵壺，當中有侘寂、古樸、古雅的意思。早前看過日本NHK電視台的紀錄片，訪問了南部鐵器四大家族之一的第十代傳人小泉仁左衛門，他說家族從江戶時代開始製造南部鐵器，這種鐵器有種讓人屏息的美，若是喝過用南部鐵器沖過的茶，才算是真正懂茶。他的家族更有一個使命，就是世世代代傳承這份傳統和藝術。 記者：歐陽曉思 攝影：劉永發、黃子偉（部份圖片由受訪者提供）
