York Pullman Bus Company is the largest privately owned coach and bus operator in York with a rich heritage of serving local people going back to the 1920’s. Operating a fleet of over 40 vehicles from it’s base in Rufforth, the company provides a diverse range of passenger transport services. These include school transport, private hire and conference work as

well as operating numerous coach trips into Europe for skiing, sightseeing and educational visits. York residents will be familiar with the traditional Maroon and Cream livery made famous by the Pullman railway carriages.

Today, at 1:20pm, Dave was laid to rest.
Dave worked with us from 2008 until 2022, starting as a coach driver before moving on to bus service and home to school transport. During his 14 years with us, he was a dedicated and valued member of the team, known for his reliability and commitment to the job.

The Routemaster followed the cortège in honour of Dave and his time at York Pullman.

We are grateful for the years he spent with us and the contribution he made to our business.
Rest in peace, Dave. You will be remembered.❤️
