I had a little helper this evening, whilst recovering this stunning none runner mk1 Golf GTI Cabriolet! Signed sealed and delivered to customers house safe and sound. Jobs like these make it all worth it seeing the new owners face when its back on their driveway 😁

Ok, turns out there was 3 mk2 Golfs to move 🤣 another r32 engined mk2 moved for repairs at a garage along with 2 spare engines! We can literally do it all!

2 of 2 mk2 Golfs collected for a friend this weekend. Now this is my favourite as it has the 3.2 vr6 r32 engine in it from a mk5 Golf! This thing sounds the nuts and goes like nuts aswell! Has been a pleasure moving them to his new house :)

Not the most ideal situation, a fuel line braking and cutting out in the 3rd lane of the M1! Police recovered the car to an emergency layby before we arrived to take them the rest of the way home. I made it so we could enter the motorway safely and had Highways put a lane diversion on. Mine and customer safety is always number 1 priority in any situation!

Later on in the day we had a call for a recovery for a person with a flat tyre. It had had work done a few weeks before the customer said, and it seemed the mechanic had given the nuts some extra ugga duggas meaning he couldnt get the wheel nuts undone! We arrived on scene and had the wheel off in no time at all. Helped changed the wheel and he was on his way once again. Saved the customer an expensive recovery. We can really do it all. No job too big or too small here at SOS Recovery.

Small local one but very busy. Not the greatest time for your clutch peddle to give up the ghost on a busy Friday afternoon in the middle of a fuel station!! All sorted and home for a mobile mechanic to come out and fix hopefully.

Now this is a special one! This customer needed this Peugeot 106 GTI transporting from his garage he had been storing it in for the past 11 years to his unit he recently acquired. It needed winching all the way down the garden as it didnt run unfortunately. You certainly dont see many of these about anymore. It was immaculate just part way through rebuild. Also on route he needed his old car, he is stripping for parts, taking across aswell. No problem now we have a trailer. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

There hasnt been any activity on social media for a while but no doubt, we have been very busy along with me always forgetting to get pictures of what we have moved/recovered 🙈 we have recently expanded with a trailer so it was straight to work with a local job just round the corner for this Isuzu Trooper that needed MOT work.
