Good knowledge of the local area.

Friday 5pm till the early hours
Saturday 6pm till the early hours
Optional Sundays 6pm till midnight

Title: Taxi Dispatch Office Worker

Location: Sues Taxis , Workington

Job Type: 2 part-time positions available.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Taxi Dispatch Office Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating taxi bookings, communicating with drivers, and ensuring efficient service for our customers.

Must be Confident and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and take booking requests

Dispatch drivers using radio or computer systems

Monitor driver locations and job progress

Provide excellent customer service.

All training will be provided but knowledge of the area would be an advantage.

Shifts Available:

Night shift only

Weekday nights, weekend nights (early morning finishing hours on Fridays and Saturdays), or a mix of both as this is a job share role

Must be local to Moorclose or be able to get yourself to and from work.
