Busy taxi office Amber Cars Watford & Bushey is looking for an enthusiastic telephonist to work x hours per week. Available to work weekends. The ideal candidate

• Must be customer focused

• Possesses a positive attitude and work well within a team

• Is reliable and has an excellent time keeping

• Enjoys speaking to people on the telephone

• Has a very clear and professional telephone manner

• Is IT literate, able to use a keyboard and works with computer packages

• Is energetic and hard working

• On occasions, you must be able to handle impatient callers, be able to maintain a calm demeanor to help to resolve their issues.

• Have flexiblity during the week to cover staff holidays and/or sick days when required.

• Your role would is to receive telephone calls and queries from clients and colleagues , therefore experience of working in a call Centre, switchboard, customer service environment is an advantage. In return there will be in-house training and on-the job training. Please Call 01923 678678
