🌊 Marine Engineer Opportunity 🌊

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Marine Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving our fleet of modern crew transfer vessels and systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability at sea.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, servicing, and repair of marine machinery and equipment

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Complete technical reports and documentation of repairs and replacements

• Ensure all safety procedures align with ISM Code and ISO standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative engineering solutions

• Provide technical expertise for vessel performance and reliability

• Be willing to travel at short notice to meet operational needs

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Degree or similar in Marine Engineering or related field

• Strong knowledge of marine systems, propulsion, and safety regulations

• Hands-on experience with Volvo Penta engines and IPS propulsion systems

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

• Ambition to decarbonise and electrify marine logistics
