Some journeys stay with you forever.

I used to pick up a gentleman and his wife and take them to bingo. It was never just a trip… it was their time together, something they looked forward to, something normal.

You get to know people in this job. The smiles, the little chats, the routines… they become part of your week without you even realising.

Today I found out he’s passed away.

And honestly, that’s the hardest part of what we do. It’s not just transport—it’s people, it’s lives, it’s moments you’re trusted to be part of.

Today we had the honour of supporting a family with transport to a local mosque for a funeral service.

At the end of the journey, the family kindly gave us food as a thank you — such a beautiful gesture of appreciation during such a difficult time.
