The most important part of our drivers' day 📝

Before heading out on the road, drivers carry out a thorough inspection of their vehicle to make sure everything is safe, secure and in a roadworthy condition 🛞

They’re checking key safety items like tyres, lights, mirrors and the condition of the vehicle, as well as making sure the tipper body and sheeting system are operating properly. It’s all about spotting any potential issues early and reporting them before the vehicle leaves the yard 💡 ✅

🚛 Role: Class 2 (8x4) Tipper Driver
📍 Covering Greater Manchester, Cheshire & across the North West
⏰ Monday–Friday | Full-Time & Part-Time Available. Weekend work also available from time to time.
💷 Weekly Pay (Every Friday!) | Competitive Rates | PAYE or Self-Employed

What you’ll be doing:
• Muck shifts & aggregate deliveries to local sites
• Keeping things running smoothly with paperwork/day tickets
• Working as part of a great team (and on your own when needed)

What you’ll need to bring to the table:
• Full & clean Class 2 licence
• CPC & Digital Tacho (up to date)

New year, same HED Haulage? Not quite.

As 2025 came to a close, we took some time to properly reflect on everything the year brought with it. Professionally, it was a year of growth, hard work and real achievement. Personally, it was also a year that reminded us how important a strong, supportive team and loyal customers are to what we do every single day.

At HED Haulage we’re proud of what we accomplished in 2025 – new projects completed, new relationships built, and continued trust from the customers who rely on us. But we’re never satisfied with standing still.

In 2026 we’re driven to achieve more than ever before.
