MJD GROUP LTD We are a key Haulier in the south-east of England, where our focus is on delivering efficiently. The company was founded in 1968 by Michael John Dole.

He started with one lorry out of a place in Kent called Eynesford. The business then continued to grow to over 100 vehicles and trailers. He was in business for 43 years then sadly past away. The business is still run run by the family.

We were pleased to trial an Electric truck in collaboration with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. This provided a first hand insight into using a vehicle that is key to providing further sustainability. This helped continue our journey, and it was key to gaining experience in this field.

Here’s a look into our trip to Berlin.

We at MJD GROUP see that a real change needs to be made. Sustainable energy within the transport industry is a major step that needs to be taken. We had the privilege of attending the AMAZON FAST FOWARD convention in Berlin.

This highlighted the advantages, as well as the challenges of electric vehicles. MJD is eager to incorporate electric vehicles. Learning more about this has given us a better grasp on the direction we want to go towards in the future (a greener future).
