Logisteed UK Limited

Logisteed UK Limited Our house rules

What we’ll do...
We’ll confirm it's us. If you see a LOGISTEED UK Limited account online, you can check it's us. We’re keen to hear from you.

LOGISTEED UK Limited (formerly Vantec Europe Limited) are an innovative contract logistics partner, trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver innovative, end-to-end supply chain solutions. We’ll list our social media on our promotional material, but you can also email as on [email protected]. We’ll listen, we’ll read all messages and respond to them, providing help and supp

ort, or by signposting you to key information on our website. If there is a problem, we’ll look to flag up with the most relevant part of the organisation. We’ll be human and polite. We’ll treat each message with the politeness you’d expect if you were dealing with us face-to-face or on the telephone. We'll follow business/partner pages where we can. But this doesn't mean endorsement. What we’d like you to do in return...
We’d like you to be polite. We know that sometimes things don’t go to plan, and you’ll want to flag things up with us. But do remember, we’re human, and the person monitoring the social media account is only trying to help. So are other people who use social media. We’d like you not to be anti-social. We won’t tolerate swearing, threats or abuse online, just as we don’t offline. Any posts or comments that are defamatory or slanderous against an individual, the organisation, or those that will cause offence. We won’t deal with your query on social media. We’ll direct you to other channels instead. We’d like you not to be personal. If you have a complaint to make, we’ll look into it. We’d like you not to spam or advertise. Our social media channels aren’t the place for followers to advertise. Making the same points over and over - otherwise known as spamming - isn’t for our social media. You’ll be better off contacting us another way so we can look into the issue for you. We’d like you not to over-share. If you’ve got an issue, we’ll happily look into it. But be careful not to post private information about yourself or others. Of course, most of the time, social media works fine, but on the rare occasion where you don’t stick to the house rules, we use profanity filters, which automatically hide offensive posts or comments, and we reserve the right to delete offending content and block you from contacting us through that route. And also reporting you to the social media channel itself. We also reserve the right to contact the police or our legal department.

to when we welcomed Sheen Mclean-Cabaneros and Newcastle University MSc Transport Engineering students to our site!

Chris Bain and Noel Foley from our Transport team gave a great overview of our business, including our operations across four UK traffic regions, plus the customers and services we support.

The group also got a closer look at our work in Transportation and Contract Logistics, Logistics Engineering, Transport Planning and value-added services – followed by a really engaging discussion.

Thanks again for visiting. We enjoyed having you!

👀 Spotted something new on the A1231?

Our new LOGISTEED UK Limited signage is now live at Turbine Business Park and Hillthorn Business Park in Sunderland.

Turbine is right there on the roadside, with Hillthorn, our UK head office, set just behind it. Both sites are now proudly displaying our new identity as part of the global LOGISTEED Group.

While the name and branding have changed, the people, experience and commitment behind our operations remain exactly the same.

This is a visible sign of an exciting new chapter for a business with over 30 years of heritage in the North East.

We’re really pleased to see our partnership with Tyneside Training Services (TTS) recognised by the North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA).

Working together, LOGISTEED UK and TTS are supporting the next generation through high‑quality apprenticeship opportunities that combine hands‑on industry experience with dedicated training and academic support. It’s all about building essential skills, supporting future workforce growth, and creating clear career pathways into the logistics and automotive supply chain.

A great example of this collaboration is Business Administration Apprentice Charlie Hutchinson, who joined our Customer Service Administration team and quickly showed professionalism, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude in his role. It’s fantastic to see his progress highlighted, along with his video testimonial.

👏 A brilliant example of investing in people and building long‑term capability for our industry.

🌍 World Earth Day

Today is World Earth Day, and it’s a great opportunity to reflect on the part we all play in making a difference.

Our philosophy is to deliver high‑quality services that help make the world a better place for people and nature — not just now, but for generations to come. We do that by growing sustainably, solving problems and creating value through innovation.

Thanks to feedback through staff surveys, we’ve introduced a range of sustainable initiatives across the business. These include improved recycling, energy‑efficient LED lighting, and the installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels covering an incredible 3,000 square metres of roof space.

We’re also reducing our environmental impact by introducing HVO‑powered and electric HGVs and fleet vehicles, helping us move towards cleaner, greener transport.

But sustainability isn’t just about infrastructure — it’s about people.

From colleagues running allotments and growing plants, to taking part in litter picks and supporting animal shelters, it’s inspiring to see how many of you are making a difference both at work and in your local communities.

Because sustainability isn’t just about what we do today — it’s about protecting tomorrow.
