Blazej Ambrysewski - Warehouse Operative
Blazej has demonstrated the HT values again and again by supporting his peers on their respective accounts through a particularly busy time. He has been adaptable and reacted well to evolving objectives.
Darren Pressland - Class 1 HGV Driver
Darren has gone out of his way to offer his help this past week. He has helped assist with repairing buckles and chains on trailers, to helping drivers with logging onto the new system, where they can complete their training. He is a real asset to the team at Melton.
Mantas Skablauskas - Supervisor
Huge congratulations to Mantas on an outstanding 12 months, progressing from warehouse operative to supervisor. He’s developed rapidly and has gone above and beyond during this time. He continues to support the team and is always eager to learn and take on more.
Chris Po***ck - Driver (Cat C+E)
With a contract moving from Ashby to Swindon, Chris spent time shadowing both the Ashby and Swindon drivers to ensure a smooth transition, sharing knowledge and supporting the successful go-live.
Dawn Chadwick - Administrator
Dawn has consistently driven improvement in her role, supporting both her team and the wider operation. Her proactive approach and flexibility have ensured smooth day-to-day delivery and set a strong example for others.
Pete Brown - Team Manager
Pete has transitioned from an agency night worker to a full-time team leader, quickly establishing himself as an integral team member demonstrating a strong work ethic. Pete should be commended for his teamwork, resilience, and proactive approach, which has a positive impact on his overall performance.
Liam Simpkins - Commercial Executive
Liam's impact to HT has been huge. Since joining, he has learnt very quickly as well as continuously supported both his immediate team and our operational team. He now engages directly with our customers, including recently attending a customer's supplier's trade show. He is a brilliant addition to our company.
Craig Hutchins - Warehouse Operative
Craig has shown great support to his colleagues. He regularly exceeds expectations to support the operation and help ensure we continue to deliver great service to our customers. He remains connected, resilient, and dependable even during busy periods. Well done, Craig, keep up the good work.
Garry Fenwick - Team Leader
Garry has shown strong resilience across general account contracts, consistently supporting the team, particularly with loading vehicles for the recent contract onboarding. He has also demonstrated excellent teamwork by helping train colleagues on MHE equipment and the RDT system, making a positive impact across the operation.
