Join the team at A1 Cars St Ives! We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Office Taxi Controller to join our busy office.

Your role will include:
✔️ Taking customer bookings
✔️ Assigning jobs to our drivers
✔️ Managing pre-bookings
✔️ Monitoring driver earnings
✔️ Replying to emails
✔️ Providing excellent customer service

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly and confident with customers
✨ Able to stay calm in a busy environment
✨ Organised and good at multitasking
✨ Computer literate

Experience is preferred, but not essential — full training can be provided for the right person.
