This week, we’re encouraging our colleagues to take simple steps to support themselves and each other at work:
✔ Taking regular breaks
✔ Setting realistic expectations
✔ Speaking up if something doesn’t feel right
✔ Checking in with colleagues and really listening
✔ Creating space for open, judgement‑free conversations

And if you need extra support, help is always available through your manager, trusted colleagues, the Help@hand app, or external organisations.

Oxalis Logistics was proud to host a two-day Driver Training Instructor (DTI) seminar at Daimler Trucks in Milton Keynes, bringing together 55 DTIs, Directors, Managers and Fleet Engineers from both Oxalis and FTL.

The event provided a valuable platform to share key business updates and to support ongoing training and upskilling across our DTI team.

The varied agenda included a presentation from Essex Police’s Commercial Vehicle Unit, an influencing workshop from external expert Ian Kelly, and specialist Cyber Security Awareness training from our own I&O Manager Bobby Barker. There were also sessions with our directors and senior team covering business updates, fleet changes and our in-house fuel efficiency training programme “Go Efficient”.

Our Employee Assistance Programme, provided by Unum, gives easy access to a wide range of wellbeing support through the Help@hand app — designed to support you and your family, both inside and outside of work.
