Peak season would always throw surprises and shocks. And it was no different on 28th November 2025 for us. It is Friday and Amazon Prime orders are important to everyone. Now, traffic was a killer and we could not reach the client at the given time. Obviously client was unhappy and extremely upset. It did reach the ears of our Director who was at hospital at that time undergoing his chemotherapy but he called the client, who proposed to pick the orders next morning. But business does not work that way. It was Amazon Prime orders and it was important to the client and hence it was important to us. Our Director promised the client that those parcels would be scanned and processed today itself and not tomorrow, no matter what. Not only that , he promised to bear the cost of keeping the warehouse open for next two hours. Now, the team needed to work to make this happen and next two hours were a test of Team Tiari. Traffic tried to break our spirits but our drivers reached the location at 8.30pm, fully loaded at 9pm, reached depot at 10pm and all parcels scanned and processed at 10.30pm. A call comes, 'Let's catch up for late breakfast at 11am tomorrow, we need to discuss some business.'
Our Director never told us what happened at the background but simply informed us, tell the drivers to reach by 10pm.
