Jossy’s Airport Transfers

Dear Customers,

As most of you are aware the Travel Industry is in chaos at the moment which is affecting the service that I and many drivers provide.
My main priority for now is the customers who have already booked so I can provide the service they pay for. Also I have to think about the welfare of myself, drivers and the safety of the customers.

So I’ve decided

1, I’m taking no more booking for June

2, Reduce bookings for summer period or until the situation improves

3, I will not be taking no more booking regarding TUI (Thomson) Flights, I'll honour the bookings I’ve already taken I can’t have myself and other drivers waiting sometimes up to 4hrs waiting for people to collect they luggage

I hoping this will minimise the disruption to the customers who have already booked with me. They will be issues still arising when it does happen we will be in constant contact with the customer and endeavour and do our upmost best to get you home

Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand that the situation is none of our making all the drivers are in the same boat and we are all helping each as much as possible
