Additional Taxi Service – Sidmouth ↔ Tipton St John

Due to the road closure between Tipton St John and Bowd (landslip), bus service 382 is currently unable to serve stops in West Hill, Fluxton, Tipton St John and Bowd.

Devon County Council have organised a replacement taxi service between Tipton St John and Sidmouth, until the road reopens. This service is financially supported by Devon County Council and operated by ED Taxis Sidmouth.

SERVICE UPDATE – TODAY

Due to severe weather and flooding across many roads in Sidmouth and East Devon today, taxi services are temporarily unavailable.
Road conditions are unsafe in several areas, and passenger safety must come first. For this reason, I will not be operating for normal on-demand journeys today.
All pre-booked reservations will still be honoured, where routes are safe and accessible.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Services will fully resume as soon as road conditions improve and it is safe to travel.
Please stay safe and avoid unnecessary travel during the flooding.
