- a text to confirm the car is on its way.
- details of the make and model of the vehicle .
- details of the colour and registration of the vehicle.
- the drivers name
- “track my taxi” link allows you to watch your driver making his / her way to you. Additionally with a photograph of the driver. The opportunity to call the driver from the tracking link.
All extra ways of ensuring the vehicle you have ordered and are about to go into is a licensed car.
Also please note all our 100+ vehicles have a red and white rear window sticker displayed on their back window, detailing our company name and telephone number. As well as this some of our cars have private plates and roof signs, due to them being able to pick up passengers form the street.
