Leeds Bradford Airport issues warning about rogue third-party parking operators:

We have recently been receiving an increased number of reports of rogue third-party parking operators selling "Meet & Greet" products, operating from the free one-hour zone at Leeds Bradford Airport. These are unlicensed, third-party services and are not affiliated with LBA in any way. No legitimate providers operate from our free one-hour zone and their operation is illegal.

Unfortunately, we have received serious, upsetting reports from customers of these services, including:

- Damage to vehicles
- Excessive mileage on vehicles
- Delays or failure to return cars
- Customers being asked to drive to remote warehouse facilities and/or use taxis between warehouses and the airport
- Additional penalty charges
- Unauthorised use while vehicles are in their care
- Vehicles being driven without appropriate, or in some cases any, insurance

Please take care to research and choose trusted parking providers before handing over your vehicle. If you believe you have been affected by these services, we encourage you to report the matter to Trading Standards and the police.

Late night / delayed flight pickup no problem.

I remember before mobile phones and modern apps enabling drivers to track fights it was a case of arrive at airport walk into arrivals hall whilst hoping the fight was near on time 😂.

So much easier these days and for the most part does away with extra charges.
