This 72 cu yd Plankside Bulker is their latest Weightlifter build. Sitting on our 11.1m step frame chassis, it’s spec’d with:

▪️ BPW drum brake axles with an automatic lifting front axle
▪️ VPG onboard weighing with a handheld display
▪️ Remote-operated Dawbarn Hydroclear sheeting
▪️ Grain hatch with chute and sock
▪️ Rear sight windows on both sides

When site rules say stay in the cab, your trailer needs to work around that 👇

Our auto-opening rear doors, paired with an air-operated locking bar and in-cab controls, mean the driver doesn’t need to get out to manually release the rear door before tipping.

🚧 On busy quarry and construction sites, that means less time on foot around moving machinery and fewer trips in and out of the cab. It’s particularly useful where drivers are required to remain inside during discharge.

Our full Weightlifter trailer range will be available through bmi trailers to customers throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, building on a longstanding relationship between our businesses.

From agricultural bulkers to aggregate half barrels, all trailers supplied through the partnership will be manufactured in the UK and meet European type approval standards.

Selected trailers will also be stocked at BMI, giving customers the opportunity to view them in person and benefit from quicker delivery where the specification suits their needs.
