⚠️TAXI & PRIVATE HIRE DRIVERS & USERS - clarification regarding children and car seats
⚠️ If the driver doesn’t provide the correct child car seat - children can travel without one BUT only if they travel on a rear seat
▪️And wear a seat belt if they are 3 years old and up to the age of 14
▪️Without a seatbelt if they are younger than 3 years old
❗ Never travel with a customers child seat - this may invalidate your insurance in the event of an accident
⚠️ NB: It is OUR responsibility as professional drivers to make sure these rules are adhered to. If the parents/customer refuse cancel the fare on safety grounds.

For nearly 27 years we’ve had the privilege of serving our community and meeting so many wonderful customers along the way. Many of you have become much more than customers - you’ve become friends, and we will always be grateful for your loyalty, kindness and support.
