Dear Customers we are having a few issues with our text message service ie it is not always sending text messages out to confirm bookings or to say the taxi is outside. This is due to a problem with our broadband provider.

An broadband engineer is booked to resolve the issue....they have said within 24 hours.

In the meantime we apologise for the inconvenience and ask if you could keep a look out if you have booked a taxi.
