Recently, a post was shared by a customer advising others to not use our services and claiming that we are unable to do our job. We are making this post to address the situation and reassure any future customers.

The customer in question had paid a booking deposit for a journey which has since had to be cancelled due to Covid-19. As neither we, nor the customer, are the party responsible for the cancellation the customer asked that the deposit could be held until a future date when their journey could go ahead. A while after this was agreed the customer in question left bad reviews on Facebook, our website and other review sites, encouraging their friends to also do the same despite not having had any interaction with us.

This is particularly an issue as the manner in which they described the situation could lead others to believe that we did not communicate with our customers, did not arrive at the collection point or that we dismissed efforts to resolve the dispute.

That simply is not true. Unfortunately, we have never pushed for our customers to leave reviews. Therefore, we would be grateful if any past customers could please leave a review about your experiences with us and our services.

We would like to reassure current customers that any deposit can be held for future uses of our services or a refund can be given for cancellations due to Covid-19.
