So April marks the 18th anniversary for Airport Transfers Derby. I started it as a sideline to working the taxi ranks in Derby and it quite simply took off beyond my wildest expectations.

There’s been many challenges along the way, Covid being the biggest of course where I lost my beloved V Class and had to find employment for the first time in 30 years 🤯🤦‍♂️ But the love for the job and the loyalty and friendship of my customers saw the business rebuilt.

Aged 59, I’m not sure I’ve got another 18 years in me but I’ll give it a go! ☺️
So a massive and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has ever used my service and also the network of drivers who I couldn’t have done it without.

Look forward to seeing you all soon.
It’s quiet this week so I might have time to have a drink now I’m old enough
