Dear DVLA Swansea. Can you please explain why when I’ve tried to renew my license you’ve returned asking for a passport photo?
This is despite me being told by yourselves that you can take the photo off my passport if I included a note giving you authority to do so. Seems that’s not quite true since it’s all been bloody returned this morning 😡😡😡😡😡 incompetence
