Customer announcement

From midnight Ezeecab’s has stopped trading as you know it.

We will no longer be providing a day to day local taxi service, we did try but after over a year we can’t make it work.

All existing bookings we will continue to transport. We will be rebranding to become a contract only transport company alongside airport and special pre bookings. We love working with our partners Ackworth school, SEN Transport and Wakefield Passenger Transport along with lots of others, so much so that’s all we will be doing. And in our spare time we will offering airport transport as it’s already something we are very good at.
From our new office in Featherstone we are still a stones throw from our besties.

Most importantly we need to thank our desk staff for everything they have done for us since we started in Hemsworth.
Also not forgetting our committed drivers.

We are delighted to announce a new stutte car from Hemsworth to pinderfields via Ackworth for as little as £5 each based on 3/4 sharing.
If you live in any of our areas and do day shifts please shout out we want to team you together with our colleagues to make your journey as cheap as possible, why pay £20 each when you could pay £5 and have someone to talk to on the way.

We hate being a bad influence but sometimes if it’s what you want we just can’t help it, Some of our dedicated team are staying out a few more hours this bank holiday Sunday so we will be taking your bookings until 1.30am.

We love seeing everyone have a good time, but take 5 mins out and book your taxi ahead to avoid disappointment.

Ezeecab Taxis Hemsworth are looking for new telephone operators to join the team due to rapid expansion, you will be working alongside someone that’s done the role for many years so no experience is necessary, all we ask is that you know the local area, the rest we will teach you.

We are open everyday from 5am, closed at midnight during the week and 2am Friday and Saturday, so lots of shift patterns available, we can be super flexible for the right candidates.

Good morning
We are operating at a reduced capacity from 5am today.

The roads aren’t great, some side roads are terrible so you might be called by the team 5 mins before pick up to meet your driver at a safer place.

Before 9am we will only be operating in the local area, typically 5 miles radium from our base in Hemsworth.

We will ONLY be accepting bookings from REGULAR customers either going to work, food shopping or doctors, we will not be doing non essential journeys. When booking ensure you leave yourself more than enough time as we are expecting delays.

Our APP, IVR and Facebook booking systems are all switched off, the only way to book this morning is via our call centre on 01977 708090.
(You can still pay by card via our text payment system)

We will continue to monitor the conditions, as we really need the council to get some more grit on the roads soon.

Well we thought we wouldn’t see snow this winter, we where so wrong, it’s arriving thick and fast.

So forward planning for Thursday 9th March is a must, we will always prioritise prebooked taxis, so if you need to be somewhere important tomorrow, please book it asap.

Hopefully it doesn’t snow during the night, but if it does we will provide the best service we possibly can from 5am, driver safety will always come first.
