It’s not every day we drop one of our machines off at a museum

When you step back and look at what’s been achieved over recent weeks in our workshops, is nothing but amazing 🤩 we are typically receiving two new machines each week, which then require installation of our Ai cameras, radar’s additional lighting etc then also juggling the logistics of all the other partners involved in our final vehicle specifications. An average of 65hrs per machine in our workshops before it is issued to one of our Operators.

Whilst still covering our normal day to day fleet requirements 👊 And that’s before I’ve sold one or two of the fleet that these are replacing 🤦🏻‍♂️ 🎩’s off Brush House and take a bow 🙌🙌 only another 1300hrs to go

Were Hiring - Auto Electrician / Installation Engineer

• 50hour week Monday to Friday.
• Starting salary up to £38,000 to £42,250 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
- Uncapped annual earning potential.

We are currently looking to recruit another Auto Electrician/Installation Engineer to the team, it will be a mixture of a workshop/fieldbased role reporting into the Operations Manager.

Your work will involve the installation of such items as tracking, telematics and dash cams, Vehicle CCTV, AI systems, cyclist and pedestrian detection systems, Radar systems to our customers vehicles (ranging from HGVs, plant, Light Commercials and everything in between) as well as completing any associated documentation/paperwork. In order to be eligible, we are looking for candidates who will be working from our main workshop’s based in Partridge Green, West Sussex but also with the flexibility for field-based installations when required, having experience in automotive aftermarket installations and the ability to demonstrate your capability to work as part of our team and also independently. Overall, you’ll be customer service orientated and have a methodical and organised approach to your workload inc being IT literate.

For your hard work as an Auto Electrician/Installation Engineer we are offering: • Starting salary up to £38,000 to £42,250 per annum (negotiable pending experience). + uncapped annual earning potential. • Optional overtime and weekend work available. • Fully equipped workshop and company van with fuel card plus laptop/tablet when required. • Full uniform and PPE. • Workplace pension scheme. • 28 days annual leave (including the bank holidays) with your holiday allowance increasing over length of service. • 50hour week Monday to Friday.
