This year, the TFSS Supreme of Show Championship holds a very special meaning for all of us at John Stanley Removals💚

We are incredibly proud to be sponsoring the Supreme of Show, with the championship trophy being presented in memory of John Stanley.

John was well known for his love of people, community and supporting others, so it feels very fitting to be part of something that brings people together in such a positive and welcoming way. We know he would have absolutely loved the atmosphere, the horses, the chatting and the spirit behind what TFSS is creating.

The Supreme of Show will be one of the biggest highlights of the day, celebrating the very best of the championship winners and bringing the show to an exciting close 🏆✨

This sponsorship is especially meaningful to us, as it is in memory of John Stanley, a much loved dad and the heart behind John Stanley Removals

Horses have always been a big part of our family life, and while the showing world is something we are deeply involved in, what truly mattered to Dad was hard work, community, fairness, and doing things properly, values that strongly align with both our family business and The Friendly Showing Society.

As a family, both myself and my mum are part of the founding committee of TFSS, a welfare-led showing society built on kindness, correct standards, and a positive experience for competitors. Supporting the Supreme of Show felt like a very fitting way to honour his name within something we genuinely believe in.

This is our first post since August. It’s taken time to find the right moment.

Our second Move Assured Gold Certificate of Achievement we have awarded this weekend and we are very proud to congratulate Teresa Stanley and John Stanley Removals on achieving Move Assured Accreditation for ten consecutive years, that’s a fantastic accomplishment. It says so much about the standards, consistency, and care you bring to your work year after year. A brilliant achievement for the whole team, and very well deserved. A special mention to the late John Stanley who was dedicated to putting his heart and soul into the company he founded, and giving the best possible service to his many customers ❤️

📦 48 Years of John Stanley Removals

Today marks 48 years since John Stanley Removals first hit the road.

This is the first anniversary without John at the helm, and he is deeply missed. But his values, work ethic, and trademark humour continue to guide us every day.

A family-run business built by John himself and his dad and supported by his Teresa Stanley John Stanley Jr. Vikki Stanley and a loyal customer base over the decades.

We are proud to be carrying on the business in his name, delivering the same reliable and personal service that he was known for.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. You’ve been more than customers. You’ve been part of the journey.

Today we say our final goodbye to Dad 💔
It’s going to be a hard day, but we’re so proud of him and everything he meant to us.
