We do have customers stranded too who we are in contact with. It's a nightmare for them. Our thoughts are with you all.

All customers flying to or from Dubai please check with your airline. All flights have been currently cancelled due to a closure of the airspace because of the ongoing strikes between IS, Israel and Iran.

Friendly reminder to all customers. This happens a lot.

When you ask us can we do an airport on this date and returning on that date, we need to know the time you would like collected from home AND the actual landing time and date of the plane on your return journey. Plus a flight number for us to track. We cannot check availability without these times.

We don't need the flight number going out, we don't want to watch you fly off on a holiday while we are still here LOL
We don't need whatever day and time you take off, just when it says you will land back in the UK.

We can do a LOT of airports in a day, with numerous drivers but each airport trip takes around an hour and 20 mins. (There and back) During summer months we cover 15 plus airports a day.

We track all flights and these are not often on time, with delays. This is why we need more information.

So please, when booking, have information to hand. It takes 5 min max to book you in if you have all the info.

We are open Christmas Day (and every other day for that matter!) So if you are visiting family and would like a tipple or 3 while you are there we can take you home. Pre book ONLY.

Note to all passengers using Manchester Airport Terminal 2.

As of today all flight except Ryanair will now depart from Terminal 2.

Ryanair is now drop off at Terminal one but we collect you from Terminal 3 as usual. There is about a 20 min walk to your gate as flights still depart from Terminal 3. Please be aware its only the OUTSIDE car park that we can pick you up from.

All other airlines, we now have to drop you off on the ground floor drop off point at Terminal 2, you can then access the bag drop etc via the lift. This was not our choice but Manchester Airport deciding to change things yet again. On collection we will collect you from P3 West Car park as usual. We cannot leave the vehicle and we only get 15 min to collect you. Because of this we do not enter the pick up point until you are there. (Nobody wants a £60 fine for going over the 15 min rule) This is for ANY passenger, Manchester Airport does not allow extra time for people with disabilities or in wheelchairs with assistance. Its 15 mins and no exceptions they tell us.

Please be aware its not the taxi drivers rules, but Manchester Airport just making things a little more difficult for anyone travelling by private hire taxi.
