Transport Scheduler & Planner 🚌✍🏻

Moulton Minibus Service is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Scheduler & Planner.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily transport schedules, optimising routes, and ensuring our passengers receive a reliable and efficient service. You’ll work closely with drivers, clients, and the transport manager to keep everything running smoothly.

Full time position only.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and scheduling transport routes
• Coordinating with drivers and monitoring services
• Adjusting schedules to handle changes or disruptions

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Previous experience in transport planning (preferred)
• CPC qualification preferred
