We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mr Frank McVeigh, who established AV Taxis in the late 80s.

Frank’s hard work and vision laid the foundations for the company we are proud to be part of today. His legacy lives on in the values and service he built from the very beginning.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Frank. 💛

Funeral Arrangements for the late Francis (Frank) McVeigh:

McVeigh (Warrenpoint/Poyntzpass) 10th February 2026, at Evora Hospice, Newry, Francis (Frank), beloved husband of Anne Marie, loving father of Declan and Ciara, father-in-law of Jon and Vasiliki, cherished grandfather of Conall and Lorcan and dear brother of Seamus, Pat, Kevin and the late Benedict, Bernadette and Margaret.
62, Lower Dromore Road, Warrenpoint.
May his soul rest in peace.

Frank’s remains will repose at McAnulty’s Funeral Home on Thursday and Friday from 3pm – 5pm and 7pm – 9pm each day. Removal on Saturday at 9.45am arriving at St. Peter’s Church, Warrenpoint for 10am Requiem Mass (churchmedia.tv) followed by interment in Warrenpoint Municipal Cemetery.
House strictly private please.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, extended family circle and friends.

AV Taxis Warrenpoint are saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Ryan Cunningham.

Our thoughts, prayers and heartfelt condolences are with our friend and former colleague Kevin and family at this difficult time. We keep them all in our prayers.

Funeral mass for Ryan takes place tomorrow, Friday at 2pm in Sacred Heart Church Killowen.
