***WhatsApp Issue - Thu 12 Dec 2024***
We're currently experiencing problems with our WhatsApp chats after we upgraded the handset that holds the number earlier today - we're currently not able to access any of our old chats from the back-up and it doesn't look likely that we'll be able to recover them.

Chris had finished putting everything into our booking system just before everything failed, so everything confirmed is good to go - you just may to bear with us when you contact us as we won't have the original chat to refer back to on our side!

We're starting to fill up for the busier times over the holiday period but we still have a fair bit of availability over Christmas and New Year - drop us a message on WhatsApp on 07707 340990 to see if we can help with your transport needs in December and January.

We are hiring!

Following on from a period of strong growth, we are looking for a few more exceptional individuals to join our growing team, based in Cwmbran.

We're looking for PCV Drivers (Cat D) to provide support for our contracted Local Bus Services and Rail Replacement work, as well as providing support to our minibus operation.

In addition to this, we're also looking for Minibus Drivers (Cat D1) to build our growing Airport Transfer and Private Hire elements.

We need you to hold the relevant commercial licence and be able to hold a digital tachograph, as well as hold your Driver CPC although we can help with medical and ongoing training courses.
In exchange we offer a flat rate of £13.55 for every hour worked (no unpaid breaks) and 25 days Annual Leave in addition to Bank Holidays.

Exciting news - we're going to be starting our first scheduled bus service soon!

Route 62 runs from Dursley to Thornbury via Cam, Draycott, Woodfield, Breadstone, Wanswell, Berkeley and Falfield.

This route is supported by Gloucestershire County Council and will run Monday to Saturday - information on fares and timings will be available on our website shortly at www.gwentvales.co.uk

Things are slowly being made ready behind the scenes - we will share more information when we have it!
