We’re on the lookout for an experienced Es**rt / Pilot Vehicle Driver to work alongside our current team, es**rting abnormal, oversized and heavy loads across the UK.

What you’ll be doing
• Es**rting abnormal, wide, long and heavy loads
• Working closely with HGV drivers, transport managers and other es**rts
• Communicating clearly on the move and keeping everything running smoothly
• Helping ensure movements are carried out safely, legally and professionally

‼️Sometimes things turn to s@&t and you may sit for hours / days - make sure you understand this is a risk‼️

What we’re looking for
• Over 25 years old
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in heavy haulage (es**rt, HGV, or abnormal load work)
• Good understanding of UK roads, restrictions and abnormal load movements
• Reliable, switched-on, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Happy to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed

- Fully compliant van provided
- Nights out when required
- Must have relevant abnormal load experience
- Must be able to work alone and as a part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must be aged 24+
- Steering experience would be a desirable skill however training may be provided to the right candidate
- Full UK Driving licence required.

Most importantly must be reliable, trustworthy and honest.
