• European and Corporate/VIP experience an advantage but not essential

• Have a current enhanced DBS or be able to obtain one

**WE'RE HIRING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER**

We’re expanding our team and are looking for a proactive, organised and confident Operations Manager to work alongside our existing office staff and support the day-to-day running of our transport operations.

🔹 About the Role

The successful candidate will take the lead on:
✔ Managing over 30 Home-to-School and SEN transport contracts
✔ Planning and allocating private hire work
✔ Supporting daily office operations and compliance tasks
✔ Working closely with drivers, schools, parents, and local authorities
✔ Ensuring smooth, efficient and safe service delivery
✔ Solving operational problems quickly and effectively

🔹 Requirements

To apply, you must have:
✅ A valid PSV licence
✅ Strong experience within the coach/PSV industry
✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✅ A proactive, solution-focused mindset – problem solving is essential
🔍 Ability to obtain (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS check
💼 Management or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential
💻 Experience using Coach Manger an advantage but training can be provided

• Routine inspections and maintenance
• Diagnosis and repairs
• MOT preparation
• Defect rectification
