Why do companies prefer cash or bank transfer?
In a recent month, I paid £15 in card transaction fees. Now that doesn't sound a lot but over a year it can amount to about £200 in lost earnings, and I pay a very low transaction fee. However, I appreciate it's not always convenient to pay via cash or bank transfer, and so I always have my card machine handy.

Illness:
I've gone down with a pretty bad cold, so I'm going to put a temporary pause on new bookings for the next couple of days. New bookings may still be possible with my backup drivers. All pre-bookings will be done by me as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Airport Express Drop-Off Price Increase:
From May 6th, NCL Airport has decided to put up the drop-off charges to £6. For bookings already made, I will absorb the extra price hike, but for new airport bookings, an additional £1 will be added to pricing.
Together, we now spend over £700/year on airport parking. Since NCL Airport is 51% owned by the 7 local authorities, it might be worth as many people as possible writing to their local authority to complain.
