With this being the case, there will be a variety of things to attend, do or help with at Phoenix House, near Sainsburys in Melton Mowbray.

10am-11am Let's Talk session.

12pm A craft session to aid with anyone's well being.

1pm A relaxation session hosted by All About You Therapy

Then at 2pm, womble off to the Melton Community Allotment with a guide if needed.

Plenty going on, plenty to join in with, plenty to help with.
