Customer update for tomorrow - Due to Red weather warning in place.

Due to the Warning below and advice, and chats with other local businesses, companies and schools, we may have to close for period of time. Also due to staff, drivers and local safety, we may have reduced opening and closing times tomorrow for them too. We will update everyone as we go between today and tonight.

### Customer Notice ### Please Share.

Due to the adverse weather conditions locally and in surrounding areas, our drivers will be driving at a reduced speed for safety. With that in mind, this will lead to longer journey times and customers having to wait a bit longer for fares, some rural locations may be hard to get to or impossible to accommodate at this time. This is out of our control due to the road conditions/weather. Also, anyone who has children at school and misses their buses or lifts home etc Can make their way to our local office to use our phones and sit with staff until contact is made to arrange a way home.

Now that the dark nights are drawing in we would like to remind you that in case there is an emergency with your child missing the bus, their phone battery has died or any other reason, let them know they can come to our local depot/office in town, where they can contact someone via our phone line, plus they can wait in our depot/office until they our collected or have sorted away home etc this is just another option and peace of mind knowing there safe and can be contacted etc

### Customer & Public Notice ### Please Share

We at A1 Cabs are pleased to announce as from today we will be able to take bookings 24 hours per day, 7 days a weeks. This announcement will be a boost to the local workers/customers and the general public, who have asked for a 24-hour service to be set up. We have looked at ways of providing this service and with the addition of new drivers joining the firm and the current drivers, we have been able now to put this requested service into place. This no doubt will be a big help too late/early workers, people requiring airport/docks bookings and day to day bookings, book ahead and hope everyone enjoys the new service.

***Customer And Public Notice On Fare Increase*** Please Share

We at A1 Cabs over the next week or two will be increasing our fares. The reason for this small increase is due to the cost of living, car insurance, and day-to-day costs/fuel. We at A1 Cabs have always made sure our prices have been competitive and will continue to do so in the future. On the plus side, A1 Cabs have secured a number of local contracts with local businesses and we looking forward to working with them in the future as well as the new drivers joining the team over the next few weeks. But on a short note, we just want to thank everyone from our local customers, local firms/businesses, and the general public for all the support and custom through these hards times over the last year and a half, we just hope at A1 Cabs we have done "Our Best" to provide a service to all over these hard times, etc and hopefully, we can get a new monthly competition in place over the next week or so, to show our appreciation. So please watch our page for further details on the competition.
