Hi Everyone,

Just a polite notice.

I will be working through emails and messages later today, Tricky was involved in a RTA yesterday evening that wasn’t his fault and it has taking his vehicle off the road.
Tricky and passengers are fine just a little sore! Our customers onboard were fantastic .
Tricky has also received numerous calls and messages which he currently cannot take.

If you could just bear with me as I am having to rearrange the next few weeks bookings.

Good afternoon,

Hope everyone has been keeping well.

Just wanted to bring to your attention the recent increases to barrier fees at the airports.

It has been brought to our attention today that Stansted are now increasing their fees.

Those that have booked with us recently would have noticed that we have been separating the fare and barrier fees instead of quoting as a whole.
Unfortunately we will have to charge this on as it’s not sustainable for the drivers to swallow the cost.

Hi everyone

Hope you’ve all had a lovely summer.

Tricky has brought it to my attention that he has had a lot of enquiries coming through via text. He is not ignoring you it just this time of year he is constantly out on the road and it’s physically impossible for him to check dates. On his downtime he is sleeping.

Also I have had a lot of enquiries via messenger and email regarding later this year and 2026.
I will be working through these soon, August and September bookings take priority plus I have the kids home 😩. I am trying to squeeze days out with them and work, roll on the 3rd September!

It has come to our attention that our automatic replies on email have been going out to everyone (sorry).
We have had issues with getting internet on my MacBook whilst abroad and now everyone that has ever emailed us has received an email informing them we are away🙈.
