While many are enjoying the Bank Holiday sunshine, it’s still business as normal here at JJ’s Private Hire.

Today has been all about getting our vehicles cleaned, checked, fuelled and fully prepared for another busy week ahead, with several airport runs booked as the school holidays begin and families head off for a well-earned break.

To all of our customers travelling this week, we hope you have a fantastic holiday and a safe journey. And yes… even the boss is finally taking a few days away himself, so there may be a few less posts than usual this week!

But don’t worry — the team at JJ’s Private Hire is still here as normal, continuing to get our customers to all their favourite destinations safely, comfortably and on time.

At JJ’s Private Hire, we have always worked hard to keep our prices as fair and competitive as possible for our customers. However, due to the current economic climate and the continued rise in fuel, insurance, maintenance, and general operating costs, we have unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to slightly increase our prices.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly, and we want to reassure all our customers that we will continue doing everything possible to keep our fares as low and affordable as we can during these uncertain times.

As a family-run business, it is important for us to ensure the long-term stability and future of JJ’s Private Hire so that we can continue providing the reliable, professional service our customers have trusted for many years.

Should the economic situation improve and operating costs reduce, we will review our pricing and adjust fares back down wherever possible.

JJ’s Private Hire is currently looking for Passenger Assistants to support children and young people travelling to and from school.

Long Stratton, Diss, Harleston, Pulham and surrounding villages.

• Helping create a calm, safe and reassuring environment
• Working alongside our professional licensed drivers

This morning we had the pleasure of transporting new customers to Stansted Airport.

In response to weather conditions, our driver was dispatched earlier than scheduled to ensure a seamless and unhurried departure. Road conditions proved better than anticipated, allowing for a smooth, comfortable journey and an arrival at the airport well in advance.
