KINGS TRANSPORT HOLDINGS LTD ACQUIRE NINGBO LONDON

We are thrilled to share some exciting news that will shape the future of our company and enhance our capabilities in the transport and warehouse industry.

After careful consideration and strategic planning, we are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Ningbo Purfleet, a company known for its market presence and Palletline partner.

This acquisition is a significant milestone for us, and we believe it will bring numerous benefits to our team and our clients.

This, along with the recent asset purchase of Phoenix Logistics, pushes Kings Transport Holdings Ltd. to be one of the regional leaders in the Transport market place.

We will further strengthen our service offerings and through Ningbo we will be able to operate within the Hazchem network whilst also increasing our ETSF offering – all of this being operating from our new site in Purfleet.

We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition presents for all of us and look forward to the collective success it will bring.
