ATTENDED VEHICLE IS OFTEN REQUIRED - The End For One Man Deliveries?
We make a significant number of our deliveries in Westminster. We like to think we know the rules, and we like to stick to them. But the rules are always changing. In the past we understood a van could be unattended for up to 20 minutes while making a delivery if left on a single yellow line where no additional loading restrictions are in force. That no longer appears to be the case.
