Driving License: Valid UK driving license held for at least 2 years, with no more than 6 points.

National Insurance Number and UTR (Unique Tax Reference Number)
Proof of Address (issued within the last 3 months)
Criminal Background Check and Drug & Alcohol Test (if required)

Daily Rate: £149.83

Daily Rate: £167.83
Weekly Total: £167.83 x 6 = £1,006.98 (including VAT: £1,208.38, valid if working through a LTD)
