This milestone for ISS Marine Services Inc. is backed by our newly granted Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) license from the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), a stamp of trust that reflects our commitment to operating at the highest standards of compliance, reliability, and service in international ocean freight.

We’re pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Brunei Darussalam, strengthening our support across Southeast Asia.

Brunei is an important hub for offshore, oil and gas, and naval activity. This new office enables us to better support customers operating in the region. Our local team, working closely with colleagues in Malaysia, will provide coordinated support across key ports including Muara, Kuala Belait, Lumut, and Seria.

Alongside our core port agency services, we’ve established strong partnerships with local providers to deliver a broader range of logistics solutions, from storage and transportation to offshore support and equipment services.

We’re also proud to have been appointed as the authorised Ship-to-Ship agency in Brunei by MPABD, further strengthening our local capabilities.

This marks an important step in continuing to deliver reliable and efficient support to our customers wherever they operate.

Proud of our U.S. West Coast team for supporting the call of Silver Nova in Seattle on May 11, 2026 ⚓️

The team operationally supported the vessel with Immigration and Customs formalities, crew changes, medical assistance, and last-minute operational adjustments, while resolving onboard and shoreside matters in real time.

Throughout the action-packed day, the team remained flexible, responsive, and solutions-focused. A strong example of what can be accomplished through collaboration and dedication, with excellent support and coordination from the onboard crew staff, terminal personnel ashore, and all local vendors involved in the port call.

Successful operation with great teamwork all around.
