Thank You and a Clarification
I want to sincerely thank everyone who has sent me positive and kind messages directly — your support truly means a lot.
At the same time, I want to acknowledge and accept the negative comments I’ve received, particularly regarding the situation in Manchester where two adults and two young children were left stranded. That was never the plan, and I certainly wouldn’t still be on Facebook if my intention was to take money and do nothing in return. I understand the frustration, and I apologize for how things turned out.

However, I also want to address something else: there are a few fake profiles out there — not causing me direct problems, but it’s sad to see people go to such lengths to pretend to be someone they’re not, just to mislead others. I genuinely feel sorry for them, and I pray that they find it within themselves to be better people.
Unfortunately, one of these individuals works for a local taxi company, which is especially disappointing.

I’ll be posting another video over the weekend to give everyone an update.

Apology Message:
I want to address the recent concerns and disappointment surrounding my company. First and foremost, I want to say that it was never my intention to let anyone down. Those who have traveled with me know that I am truly passionate about providing great experiences, and I never set out for things to turn out this way.
I take full responsibility and sincerely apologize for the situation. Over the next few weeks, I will personally be contacting everyone who has paid a deposit to discuss the next steps.
Later tonight, I will also be posting a video on Facebook to explain exactly what went wrong and how I plan to make things right. I deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to resolve this.
