Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator (with Social Media)
Location: Cushendall
Hours: 1-2 days per week (flexible)
Job Description:
This varied role involves basic bookkeeping, printing invoices, handling general office duties, and creating simple content for our social media platforms. It's ideal for someone who is confident with Microsoft Excel, organised, and has a creative flair for social media.
Responsibilities:
Print and process customer invoices
Record basic financial transactions and maintain accounts
Keep spreadsheets and records updated using Microsoft Excel

Assist with general office admin, filing, and organisation
•
Manage and update company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Create simple posts and engage with followers to promote the business
Answer calls and emails professionally
Requirements:
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge invoicing and record keeping)
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (posting, messaging, engagement)
• Good organisation, communication, and attention to detail
• Previous experience in admin, bookkeeping, or social media (preferred)
