Well that wraps up one of the most interesting jobs we have ever done! JDN logistics have just facilitated the collection and delivery of items bought at private auction from Sotheby’s in Paris, now delivered to their new owner in the uk to form part of a spectacular display of modern art

Not only did we facilitate the collection and delivery but we took care of all communication on behalf of our client, a very simple conversation with their requirements was all that was needed, we planned the rest directly with Sotheby whilst keeping our client informed of the progress and timeframe

Although we have been relatively quiet on our social media the past few weeks have been the opposite in terms of workload for JDN Logistics, we have multiple jobs running in tandem that not only show the quality in what we do, but importantly that we understand our capacity to deliver our usual high standards on all jobs, regardless of the client, size etc, all our jobs are treated with exactly the same mantra, a customer focused, honest and friendly service that always delivers on its promise whilst being excellent value for money! Moving their uk head office into a new premises on time as planned ✅

JDN logistics are obsessed about customer service, good customer service comes in many forms - price points, trust, reliability, presentation, reputation, capabilities, capacity…..customer and client overall experience basically!

Along with being well mannered and polite there’s something else that is free of charge in business and goes a long way - a smile!!!

After our second visit to a certain Mr.Stan Boardmans house in the last week it was the customer making us smile 😃 after telling me one of his recent classics at a weekend he then took charge in an emergency rescue operation as 2 vans worked together to get out of some deep mud, if only it was being filmed 😄

all ended well and Stan and his contractors thanked us for the delivery’s and waved us off (with some free dvds in the van, thanks Stan 😂👍🏼) 🚚

Well folks that’s a wrap for 2021!

Our first year and our first Xmas peak period as a company, my 18th personally in the logistics industry!

To Start this company gave me the platform to put all I knew into one place and offer a genuine, reliable service that was delivered by experienced, professional and proud people. All I ever wanted to do was create a service that I could be proud of - and this year that came true!

Firstly thank you to family and friends, they were there at the start and offered their best wishes and some excellent advice!

I’d like to thank the client base we have established, firstly for putting their faith in the company and services and then for their ongoing custom

What does next year bring? Naturally it brings growth, we know what we can deliver on currently and we have a plan to grow that will enable more capability

Some well earned rest now with the family, maybe some golf and a few light refreshments? Quite possibly
