If you’re a director, licence holder, or named person on an operator licence, OLAT is strongly recommended - and in many cases essential.

You may need OLAT if you:

• Hold legal responsibility for an operator licence
• Are new to transport compliance or have taken on director duties
• Want to reduce risk ahead of audits or Public Inquiry
• Need to evidence understanding of your compliance obligations

Why OLAT matters:

OLAT ensures you understand your legal responsibilities, current Transport Regulation Unit expectations, and how compliance is assessed in practice.
