⛽ **Customer Notice – Temporary Fuel Surcharge Now Added**

As previously advised a couple of weeks ago, we have now added a **temporary 5% fuel surcharge** to our fares due to the continued increase in fuel costs.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly, but diesel prices remain above the previous stable maximum of around **£1.50 per litre**, and this has significantly increased weekly running costs for our drivers. Some drivers are now seeing a considerable rise in fuel expenses, and our own weekly fuel costs are around **25–30% higher over the week** than last year.

The surcharge has been added to help protect driver income during this period of elevated fuel prices and to ensure we can continue providing a reliable, professional airport transfer service.

✅ It helps support our drivers and maintain service reliability

⛽ **IMPORTANT PRICE UPDATE FROM 27TH APRIL** ⛽

Dear customers,

Due to the continued high cost of fuel, we will be introducing a **5% temporary surcharge** across our prices **from 27th April onwards**.

🚖 This surcharge is being added to help protect our drivers’ incomes during this period of increased operating costs.
✅ It will also help us continue to provide the professional, reliable and high-quality service that our customers expect from us.

We always aim to keep our prices fair and competitive, and this decision has not been taken lightly. The surcharge will remain in place until fuel costs reduce.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to apologise if anyone has experienced a delay in getting a response from me recently.

My father has been in hospital, and alongside work and training commitments, my time has been a bit stretched over the past few weeks. I appreciate your patience more than you know during this period.

Please rest assured that if there is a slight delay in replying to enquiries, I *will* get back to you as soon as I can.

To help avoid any disappointment, I would strongly recommend booking with as much notice as possible—ideally 48 hours or more—so I can make sure your journey is covered, either by myself or another trusted driver.

Increase of £1 from today for Glasgow Airport drop off and collections. This will be added to all fares going forward from today. We are sorry for the inconvenience and coming just after our own price rise but we are unable to absorb this additional charge ourselves.

📢 Important Airport Collection Update – Please Read ✈️

Due to increased delays at airport security and baggage reclaim, we are making a small adjustment to how airport collections are booked, to help keep our service running smoothly for both drivers and passengers.

🚖 Our advice when booking airport collections:

🕒 Please book your pickup for 30 minutes after your advertised flight landing time
This helps reduce excessive waiting times at the airport and allows us to operate more efficiently during busy periods.

How this applies to your flight:

✔️ Domestic flights – hand luggage only
➡️ We can still book collections for the landing time if required

✔️ Domestic flights with hold luggage
➡️ Please book for 30 minutes after landing

✔️ All international flights (with or without luggage)
➡️ Please book for 30 minutes after landing

These guidelines help ensure:
✅ Fair waiting times for drivers
✅ Smoother airport collections
✅ A better overall experience for our customers

Upon checking our new prices i have picked up an issue with the distances used to calculate them. Google maps is used to calculate all prices but for some reason the distances used when making them last week appear to have changed to the distances google returns today.

I am not entirely sure how that has happened but will be working on verifying the distances and updating the prices tonight. I will look to have both the prices on the website and Facebook updated along with the prices used in the booking system.

If anyone needs to book or place a booking online please continue to do so as i will manually adjust all pricing on these trips.

I can only apologise for the inconvenience and assure customers i will have this updated as soon as possible once i finish driving today.

Festive & New Year Pricing

Just a quick reminder that as usual our festive and new year prices will have an uplift of 50% added. We still have good availability for anyone who has booked a last min getaway or for anyone who may have forgotten to book their transport. The period of operation for our 50% uplift is as follows:

December 24th @ 2200 to December 27th @ 0600

December 31st @ 2200 to January 3rd @ 0600

The annual increase in our standard fares that we posted about yesterday will then take effect from January 3rd @ 0601.
