☁️Weather Warning ☁️

Prepare for some wild weather—Storm Eowyn is heading our way!

An Amber warning has been issued for very strong winds and widespread disruption, effective from 6am to 9pm on Friday, 24th January 2025. This storm has a low likelihood but a high potential impact. Although the maps suggests we are on the outskirts of the warning area, we must still be ready for whatever comes our way.

Here's what to expect:

☁️Likely power cuts, potentially affecting other services like mobile phone coverage

☁️Disruptions to road, rail, air, and ferry services, with longer journey times and possible cancellations. Some roads and bridges may close

☁️Potential damage to buildings and homes, with roofs being blown off and power lines coming down

☁️Risks of injury and danger to life from flying debris.
