Fight week… it’s here. 🥊

Tomorrow night at the Golden Gloves Gala — what started back on 11th February finally comes to a head.

First off, massive thank you to BGE Fight Promotions for putting this whole event together — and to Transformation For Life for pushing me every step of the way. Couldn’t have done this without that environment.
Big shout as well to the TFL lads stepping in tomorrow:

Jake, Jay, Kai…
Gary (yeah yeah… boo 😆)…
and Craig, gutted for you mate — injury’s a nightmare after all that work 👊

Also, respect to everyone from the other gyms — it’s been a proper experience. Every session, every spar, every person… you take something different from it. That’s what makes this whole thing what it is.

You’ve taken a fair bit of stick off me these last few weeks 😆

🥊 FIGHT NIGHT WEEK!!!!! 🥊
5 DAYS TO GO… 😬🔥

After hearing it was me vs Gary…

Even Tyson Fury thought
"Yeah… I’ll go a week early, not competing with that" 😆

And somewhere in the background,
WrestleMania got shoved to silly o’clock in the morning…

Anything to avoid getting outshined by the bombs we’re about to throw 🥊💣

The gym’s been like a playground lately…

Me and Gary moving round, little jabs, constant banter… 😆
All jokes now… punches on fight night 🥊

Couple of weeks ago… man flu tried to slow things down 🤧

First week back felt sluggish…
But last week?

Back to fighting fit 💪🔥
Sharp. Moving. Ready.

And just to top it off…
Shared the gym with Nigel Benn 👊

Absolute washout thanks to man flu.

Managed Monday circuits + sparring… then spent the rest of the week fighting for my life 🤦‍♂️
Raising money for Kettering ICU… felt like I needed them this week 😅
